Delete your account & data

Deleting your account removes your personal data and content from Strive’s active systems. It is permanent and cannot be undone — your goals, quests, streaks, and trophies cannot be recovered afterward. Choose whichever method below is easier for you; both result in the same deletion.

01 Delete in the app

If you’re signed in to Strive, this is the quickest way and takes effect right away:

1. Open Strive and go to the Me tabTap the “Me” icon in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Scroll to the Account sectionIt sits below your profile and stats, near the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Delete accountA confirmation dialog explains what will be erased.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap DeleteThe button stays disabled until you type the word, to prevent accidents.

Once confirmed, your account and associated content are deleted from our active systems. You’ll be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

02 Request deletion by email

Don’t have the app installed, or can’t sign in? Send us a deletion request instead:

• Email privacy@intinitumlabz.site from the email address associated with your Strive account.
• Use the subject line “Delete my account” so we can route it quickly.

We’ll confirm the request is genuine (to protect your account from someone else deleting it), then delete your data. We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

03 What gets deleted

When your deletion is processed, we remove the following from our active systems:

04 What we retain, and for how long

Almost everything is deleted. A limited set of data may be retained briefly for legal, security, and technical reasons:

• Backups — residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule, within 7 days of deletion.
• Legal & security records — where we’re legally required to keep certain records (for example, to comply with law or prevent abuse), we retain only what’s necessary for as long as required.
• Anonymized analytics — aggregate statistics that are no longer linked to you or your account may be retained to understand overall app usage.
